Frugal Food Snobs
Dan and I are trying to be frugal with how much we spend on food. We like exploring restaurants and Dan is a food snob who likes high quality shit (edit bc someone complained. Before Dan I was not a food snob but now I am). But right now we’re the broke ones. So what do we do? High/Low eating
Lunch: Out of buns. Put hot dog on piece of bread. Nothing else to eat with it…nom on some blackberries.
Dinner: Chicken breast and fried polenta with a mushroom leek sauce. Plus an arugula salad with balsamic dressing and probably wine. Or at least there should be wine…thankfully we’re stocked up.

I’m not a big fan of this movie but I totally agree with this sentiment. Hard for most of us to commit with our eyes open like this though…
