I am sick but I have a dinner engagement tonight

Since texts are expensive have you ever considered having your emails forwarded to your phone? Not an ideal way to communicate by any means but better than nothing! What does "business casual" entail?
Because my fancy cocktails and dinner is at some Seafood restaurant and Raw bar and they asked to be “business casual”. I live in Seattle (casual central!). You’d be surprised as to what can be passed as business casual in the workplace. So care to explain what I should wear? Or maybe someone can just come over and say “wear this”. Yes?

I really shouldn’t be eating such greasy, cheesy, filling food because I have some fancy dinner to go to tomorrow night and I don’t want to feel like a hippo, but oh dear nom. We have leftover pizza from Christmas eve, lasagna, a cheese, bacon and sausage breakfast casserole which I am about to smother in Cholula and eat. Plus, cookies and pie.
